At Anchor & Tide Apothecary, we take great pride in the quality and intention behind every product we offer. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Handmade & Custom Orders — All Sales Final

Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our spell jars, spell kits, and any custom or special orders, all sales on these items are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on handmade or custom products once an order has been placed. Each item is made with care and intention specifically for you.

Premade & Standard Items

For premade, non-custom items such as crystals, tarot cards, dried herbs, and witchcraft tools, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return or exchange on an eligible item, please contact us at Anchorandtideapothecary@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Anchorandtideapothecary@gmail.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will make it right.
