Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — stay tuned!

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of purchase. Handmade items such as spell jars and custom spell kits may require additional processing time as they are crafted with care and intention. You will be notified if there is a delay with your order.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track Order page.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Anchorandtideapothecary@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will do our best to make it right.
